THE PRINCIPLES THAT GOVERN EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE

THere are seven universal laws or principles that govern everyone and everything in the universe. To name them, they are the laws of mentalism, correspondence, vibration, polarity, rhythm, cause and effect, and genus. By virtue of these laws, the universe exists in perfect harmony and order. Ancient mystical, esoteric and secret teachings dating back more than 5,000 years, from ancient Egypt to ancient Greece, all have these seven hermetic laws of the universe as their common thread. Once you understand, apply, and align yourself with these seven universal laws, you will experience transformation in all areas of your life beyond what you ever imagined. Applicable laws are not intended to punish or reward you. They are impersonal and function automatically along unconscious lines without your conscious involvement.

The seven universal laws explained (1)

The immutable and mutable laws of the universe

Of the seven universal laws, the first three are the supreme immutable laws, meaning they are absolute and eternal. They can never be changed or exceeded. They have always existed and always will exist. The remaining four of the seven universal laws are the lower mutable laws, meaning they are impermanent and can be transcended or worked on to create an ideal inner and outer world. This is not to say that you should ignore the four mutable laws or try to defy them, for even if you do, they will still govern your existence.

Your goal is to understand each of the seven universal laws and then learn to transcend or master the lower laws through your knowledge and understanding of the higher laws.

Law #1: The Law of Mentalism (unchangeable)

The seven universal laws explained (2)

The first of the seven universal laws is the law of mentalism, which tells us that "The All is Mind - The Universe is Mind". This means that mind or consciousness is the underlying substance of the entire universe and that consciousness is the spirit of the Absolute -universal spirit. Because it is an immutable law, nothing can and ever will change it, and it applies on all levels - physical, mental and spiritual.

However, “everything is mind” does not mean that everything belongs to the mental plane. Rather, the mental level is the level of mind associated with what we think of as mental activities such as thinking, imagination, and your general mental state. All energy and matter, visible and invisible, and in all degrees of existence, are created by and subject to the Absolute from which they originate.I prophesyit is a divine spark. Your mind is one and the same with the Universal Mind in its entirety. And your reality is just a manifestation of your mind, a projection of your consciousness. And since everything is mind, that means you have no mind, youthey areSpirit. This is the essence ofpower of thought.

Law #2: The Law of Correspondence (Immutable)

The seven universal laws explained (3)

The second of the seven universal laws is the law of correspondence, also known as the law of analogy. This law tells us "As above, so below, as below, so above", "As within, so without, as without, so within". This means that there is "harmony, agreement and correspondence" between the physical, mental and spiritual planes.

Simply put, there is no separation as everything, including you, is spirit. The only difference is the rate of vibration, as the Third Universal Law tells us. The same pattern is expressed on all planes of existence, from the smallest electron to the largest star, from the visible physical plane to the invisible spiritual plane.

Application of the Correspondence Act

The practical utility of the Law of Correspondence is that by studying the nature of those things you understand and then finding the analogy, it allows you to logically understand the nature of those things beyond your understanding. For example, by understanding the creative aspect of the universal mind, you can understand exactly how your mind creates your reality. You can understand the state of your outer physical world by looking at your inner mental world. Likewise, your inner mental world can be revealed to you by looking at your outer physical world.

ÖAutor von New ThoughtJames Allen captured this law perfectly when he said, "Circumstances don't make a man, they reveal him." This means that the circumstances of your outer world reveal your inner world, and therefore, in order to change your circumstances, you must change what you think, what includes, how you feel, what you assume, what you believe in and so on. Moreover, the ancient Greek Temple of Apollo at Delphi referred to this Great Law of Correspondence in the inscription “Know thyself, and thou shalt know all the mysteries of the gods and of the universe.”

Law #3: The Law of Vibration (unchanging)

The seven universal laws explained (4)

The third of the seven universal laws is the law of vibration, which tells us: "Nothing rests - everything moves - everything vibrates", "the entire universe is just one vibration". This is backed up by modern science which states that everything, including you, is pure energy vibrating at different vibrational rates. The only difference between all manifestations of consciousness or spirit, whether matter, thought, emotion, thing, or circumstance, is the corresponding vibrational rate.

The higher the vibration rate, the less dense or subtle (less physical) that thing is. The lower the vibratory rate, the denser or less subtle (more physical) that thing. On the physical plane, everything you experience through your five physical senses is transmitted to your brain through vibrations. Everything in the 3D world is a vibration, only you experience things as solid because of the way your brain interprets those vibrations.

thought vibrations

When you think on the mental plane you emit thought waves, and each thought wave has its own characteristic frequency, although invisible to your physical senses. The overall frequency of your mental nature is determined by what you think, feel, imagine, persistently believe, and so on, which in turn determines the corresponding nature of your projected 3D experience. Because you can consciously choose your thoughts, you can intentionally increase the vibratory rate of your mental frequency by thinking more positive thoughts at a higher frequency.

The law of vibration supports the law of attraction

The axiom that "like energy attracts like energy" on which thelaw of attractionit's based, it's based on the law of vibration. You can learn to control your mental vibrations at will by consciously choosing what to focus on, what you imagine, what you accept, and how you emotionally respond to circumstances in the outside world. Likewise, you can also change yourscore ideasereprogram the subconscious. This is the basis of truepower of thought.

The law of vibration and directivity

Importantly, we also know that according to the law of vibration, higher vibration rates have a guiding force over lower vibration rates. That means the greater your level of consciousness is in relation to yourshigher self, the greater will be his directing power over the denser levels of consciousness below, including his mental plane and the 3D physical plane. This then explains why the "higher" you are in consciousness within, the greater your ability to effortlessly manifest your desires externally, because the former has a directing power over the latter.

Law #4: The Law of Polarity (changeable)

The seven universal laws explained (5)

The fourth of the seven universal laws is the law of polarity, which tells us: "Everything is dual, everything has poles", "Everything has its pair of opposites", "Opposites are identical in nature but different in degree". It is the first of the mutable or surmountable universal laws and means that there are two sides to everything.

Things that seem opposite or contradictory are just two extremes of the same thing. For example, heat and cold appear to be opposites, but are actually different degrees of the same thing called temperature. The same applies to all opposites. The opposite pairs of love and hate, peace and war, positive and negative, good and bad, yes and no, light and dark, energy and matter are anything but different degrees of the same thing. You can transform your emotions in the same way as any pair of opposites; from hate to love, from fear to courage and so onrises above your emotionsand consciously choosing to focus on higher emotions. This is to increase the general vibration of your mind plane and therefore your corresponding 3D experience. In the Hermetic teachings this is called the art of mental polarization and transmutation.

Rising above the law of polarity

This principle of duality may seem very real in your life, but it only works on the physical and mental planes, not on the spiritual plane where all is one. As the Bhagavad-Gita says, "God is above all opposites". Always put the Great Spirit or the All-Powerful and All-Knowing Absolute, whose divine spark is your True Self, behind everything you say and do, and strive to focus on the positive even when things seem to be going wrong Follow your own path and avoid extremes, and in time you will master the law of polarity.

Furthermore, by refusing to label anything as “good” or “bad,” whether it be a desire, person, thought, thing, or circumstance, you avoid committing yourself to a side. And if you are not attached to opposites on both sides, you can see them for what they are - different expressions of the same thing; and so you can begin to transcend this law of polarity.

Law #5: The Law of Rhythm (modifiable)

The seven universal laws explained (6)

The fifth of the seven universal laws is the Law of Rhythm, which tells us that "everything flows, outside and inside", "all things rise and fall", "the swing of the pendulum is manifest in everything", "the measure of balance for right is the measure of momentum to the left", "offsets the rhythm". It is the second of the mutable or transcendent laws of the universe and means that all things, whether visible or invisible, oscillate between opposites thanks to the pendulum of the Law of Rhythm .

(Video) The Universal Laws - Full Audio book

This universal law is evident in the waves of the ocean, the rise and fall of empires, the business cycle, the shift in your thoughts from positive to negative, and your personal successes and failures. According to this law, when anything reaches a climax, backward motion begins almost imperceptibly until any forward motion is almost completely reversed, then forward motion begins again and the process is repeated.

Working with the law of rhythm

To work with, rather than against, the swing of the pendulum, you must be aware of the subtle beginnings of backward movement in all your endeavors, whether to improve your health, your finances, your relationships, or any other goal you set yourself have. If you feel the law is pulling you back, don't be afraid or discouraged. Instead, remember that you are one with the Almighty Absolute for whom nothing is impossible, focus your thoughts on your desired outcome, and stay positive no matter how far this Law of Transition takes you. Even if your efforts fail, take solace in knowing that the upward movement must begin again by the same law.

Rise above the law of rhythm

You can rise above the law of rhythm in your inner world, and therefore also in your outer world, and avoid extremes so that the pendulum has nothing to correct. That doesn't mean seeking mediocrity, and it doesn't mean caring about nothing and nobody. Rather, it means seeking balance, for balance is indeed what this law seeks to achieve. For example, if you're experiencing mental extremes on both sides of the spectrum, whether it's in the form of fear, panic, over-excitement, or a feeling of obsession or attachment, try to quiet your mind so that your thoughts, emotions, words, and actions that are follow are not extremes.

Rising Above the Law of Rhythm (continued)

In this way, momentum to one side is measured in such a way that momentum to the other side is imperceptible. Extremes are relative and what is extreme for one person can be measured for another and vice versa. You can only judge if what you think, feel or do is extreme and meet the criterionPythagoraswhether it hurts or harms you - your present or future self.

Law #6: The Law of Cause and Effect (changeable)

The seven universal laws explained (7)

The sixth of the seven universal laws is the law of cause and effect, which tells us that "every cause has its effect", "every effect has its cause". According to this law, every effect you see in your outer or physical world has a specific cause that originates in your inner or mental world. This is the essence ofpower of thought. Her thoughts, your beliefsabout yourself, others and life and your general state of mind trigger specific causes that materialize over time as corresponding effects in your outside world.

mastering cause and effect

In order to master your destiny, you must master your thinking, for everything in your 3D reality is just a mental creation - a projection of consciousness. There is nothing quite like coincidence or luck, at least not as we define it. They are simply terms used by mankind in ignorance of this law of cause and effect. Your invisible inner world is the cause and the outer visible 3D world is the effect. Don't allow your outer world to dictate the frequency of your inner world. Dwell on the thoughts, feelings, assumptions, and imaginations of the life you want to live, and in time the outside world will follow suit. Accordinglyconscious creation process, its outer world (effect) must correspond to its inner world (cause) by law.

Your fantasies will be created instantly

The law of cause and effect applies to all three planes of existence - spiritual, mental and physical. That is, on the Spiritual plane, cause and effect are so instantaneous that they appear inseparable. At the other levels, our experience of time and space creates a time gap between cause and ultimate effect. When you intentionally focus on your chosen desirescreative visualizationor anothermanifestation techniqueswhat you want to create on the physical plane is immediately created on the spiritual plane. With perseverance, practice, and continued focused imagination, the desired result will also manifest on the 3D physical plane, as the higher vibrations of the spiritual plane mean it has guiding power over the lower ones. In other words, everything that is created on the Spiritual plane is projected in time onto the Physical plane because the first directs the second.

Law #7: The Law of Gender (changeable)

The seven universal laws explained (8)

The last of the seven universal laws is the law of sex. It tells us that "gender is in everything", "everything has its masculine and feminine principles". This changing universal law is manifested throughout creation in the different genders or genders found not only in humans but also in plants, electrons and magnetic poles to name a few.

Everything has both masculine and feminine aspects - the masculine is directive and the feminine is creative and the two must work in harmony. On the mental plane, the masculine directional aspects are yours.consciousness, your will and your logic. And the corresponding feminine creative aspects are yours.subconscious, your desires and yoursemotionsrespectively Both genders are equally powerful and important and peers need to work together. Specifically, your conscious and subconscious, your will and desires, and your logic and emotions must work as pairs for the same outcome.

Masculine and feminine qualities within

Everyone has male and female qualities within them. Outward expressions of feminine qualities include love, patience, intuition, and kindness, and masculine qualities are energy, confidence, logic, and intellect. Know that in every woman are all the latent qualities of a man and in every man those of a woman. When you know this and allow your qualities to shine and work in unison, you will know what it means to be whole.

The law of attraction as part of the equation

You will find that thelaw of attractionit is not mentioned as one of the seven universal laws. That doesn't diminish its importance. The law of attraction is one of the fundamental laws that runs through all universal laws. You could say it holds everything together.

Honor the seven universal laws

This article is primarily based on two sources of unparalleled wisdom on the seven universal laws. First, in the seminal 1908 work on Universal Laws—O Caibalion– a study of the Hermetic philosophy of ancient Egypt and Greece, based on the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus and written by the three initiates we now know to beAutor von New Thought, William Walker Atkinson. And the second in 1923 by Baron Eugene FersenThe Science of Being, one of the most comprehensive books on the subject. my own bookThe adventure of me, covers the seven universal laws comprehensively with my insights and understanding with nearly 20 chapters on the subject.

"The principles of truth are seven; whoever knows them fully possesses the magic key, to the touch of which all the doors of the temple will open" - The Kybalion

IN SUMMARY

EUIn short, there are seven universal laws or principles that govern the entire universe. The Laws of Mentalism, Correspondence and Vibration are the three higher immutable (unchanging) Laws. And the laws of polarity, rhythm, cause and effect, and sex are the four lower mutable laws (temporarily). As stated in the Kybalion, "The universe exists by virtue of those laws which form its structure and which hold it together." Once you know these universal laws, you can use your knowledge of the higher laws to master and transcend the lower laws. This is critical to gaining direction over your inner mental world so that you can consciously create your intended reality and attain true mastery. Mastering the seven universal laws will lead you to mastering every aspect of your life.
